haha... having CRM lesson now... doing role play for inbound call.. seemed like week 2 of call centre two... but this role play got no script de... so a bit harder lah.. cos very thing off hand... very long never update blog le... very hday go sch have lects, tutorials and lab sessions... noting in particular happened.. quite sick of this every day routine life actually... but what can i do... next week got quite a lot of ICAs coming up... this week end must study lor.... especially the CRM written test, 30%...
